Hello everyone. I am proud to announce my new blog Jacquelyn's Creative Creations, as you can tell it is still bare, it is a current work in progress. I hope to have it looking a whole lot better over the next few weeks. This blog will be solely dedicated to my projects that have something to do with Flourishes.
As some of you know I was hired in March by the owner Jan Marie over at Flourishes. I am her personal assistant and absolutely love my job. It is hard to believe I have only been working with Flourishes for a few months, however I have learned so much, and I continue to learn and grown.
Not only is my job a dream come true, it has been an answer to my prayers not only for myself, but for my family.
Jan had prayed for a personal assistant, and I prayed for either myself or my husband to find a job, and God is good. He answered both of our prayers. I thank God every day for all the blessings he has given my family and myself. Although we are facing a difficult time as a family due to my father in laws health, we know God is with all of us. No one ever said life would be easy, nor did anyone say that everything would always run smoothly. I have to admit it is not easy, however I am thankful to have such a wonderful job.
Jan has taught me a little about copic coloring and I love copic coloring. I know Jan will continue to teach me more about copics and I will slowly build up my collection. Jan has taught me the tips and tricks of stamping, as well as card making. I was over the moon to assist her and continue to assist her in the making of one of Flourishes workers "Rachel"  baby book. The pages are simply amazing. Be sure to check out Flourishes as well as Jan's blog to see more details on the book. Jan will feature the entire book once it is completed.
It has been a pleasure to work along side Jan and watch her creations unfold. I have began creating cards and love how the tips Jan has taught me work so well. I never in a million years thought I could make cards, but after making 2 cards, I was beyond excited. I will be sure to share those two cards along with a few other cards I will be making this week.
One of my jobs for Flourishes is to take care of Pinterest as well as Twitter. I have to admit I love this portion of my job. I get to see each and everyone of Flourishes Designers. creations. The designers never cease to amaze me, the cards are always stunning. I feel so honored to post their wonderful pictures on FlourishesLLC Pinterest account.
Please stay tuned for many more post here on my blog. I look forward to seeing my creations unfold and get better over time. I will say I have to take the time an invest in many of the Spellbinder Dies. They truly do make a huge difference in how beautifully the cards come out.
Thank you for stopping by and checking out my new blog.
